LONG ANSWER: from the Pogo home page, click the SHOP button (directly underneath the Club Pogo logo in the upper left), then click that far right menu button of “Add Pogo Gems”. This opens a new page – scroll halfway down, on the right side you’ll see a little box “Have an EA Game Card?” with a “Redeem Here” yellow button. This is how to get to that link.
What’s odd is that you cannot go to the Pogo “Add Gems” tab and see the EA Game Card as a payment choice.
It seems you can’t purchase less than $20 worth of gems with your gift card – which I think is unfair, suppose you only wanted a few gems at a time, or share your card with another member? And it doesn’t appear you can use it towards a membership renewal either.
WALLIE CARD: I’ve used this payment method many times, works flawlessly for me – is a great option if you don’t want to enter your credit card info on the Pogo site, or provide your PayPal logon to Pogo. You can choose any gem package you like (no restrictions), then enter your Wallie Card code (Pogo asks for your zip code, probably for tax purposes), you can even enter multiple Wallie card codes if your balance isn’t sufficient on a single card.
